I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. Every class I teach has a nourishing aspect to it, as I blend gentle hands-on adjustment and Thai-Yoga Massage. Having danced for 12 years, I have a deep sense of body awareness and capabilities, and I believe in proper alignment for each individual body.
Yoga is a beautiful tool to enhance spirituality, body awareness, flexibility, strength and an overall sense of well-being.
